Tobias is a passionate entrepreneur and a second-time founder with a deep love for craft and innovation. When he’s not building bold ideas at EtOH Spirits, you might catch him guest lecturing at universities or serving as an external examiner, sharing his knowledge with the next generation.


At EtOH Spirits, Tobias draws on years of hands-on experience in scaling beverage production, leading commercial operations, and shaping international market strategies. He’s the bridge between big-picture vision and day-to-day execution.



ALEKSANDER BYZDRA
MSc.Analytical Chemistry

With a strong background in analytical chemistry, Aleksander’s master’s thesis laid the scientific foundation for EtOH’s aging technology. As the lead researcher and innovator, he has been behind several of the company’s key breakthroughs.

Aleksander joined EtOH in 2020 and became a co-founder in 2023. Before diving into spirits science, he worked in the hospitality industry, bringing a unique blend of technical expertise and real-world flavor experience to every project.
