NOTES:
The nose is aromatic and peated, expressing burnt wood, tar, and shipyard. A deep umami note lies in the back of the palette, reminiscent of aged charcuterie. The mouth is pleasantly smooth, with smoke and leather that beautifully envelops the alcohol.
