Betaling
EtOH Spirits modtager online betalinger med; Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online.
Betaling vil først blive trukket på din konto, når den fysiske vare afsendes eller det virtuelle produkt er oprettet med mindre andet er aftalt eller fremgår af din ordre.
Ved betaling med Visa Electron og Mastercard Debit, som er debitkort, vil betalingen blive reserveret på din konto i overensstemmelse med vilkårene for dit kort, indtil vi trækker eller afviser betalingen.
Alle beløb på hjemmesiden er inklusiv moms.
Hjemmesiden bruger følgende valutaer til prissætning:

EtOH Spirits benytter en sikker betalingsserver, der krypterer alle oplysninger med SSL protokol hvilket betyder din data er sikker og ikke kan læses af andre udefrakommende.
Levering
Fortrydelsesret
Der gives 14 dages fuld fortrydelsesret på varer købt på hjemmesiden med mindre andet er aftalt eller fremgår af din ordre.
Den 14 dags periode starter den dag hvor ordren er leveret.
Eventuelle returneringsomkostninger afholder du selv.
Ønske om fortrydelse skal meddeles os senest 14 efter leveringen og være os i hænde seneste 14 dage efter vi er informeret om dit brug af fortrydelsesretten.
Ønske om brug af fortrydelsesret skal sendes på mail tobias@etoh.dk hvortil standardfortrydelsesformularen bedes være udfyldt og sendt med (jf. formularen nederst i handelsbetingelserne).
Varens stand ved returnering
Du hæfter for den forringelse af varens værdi, som skyldes anden håndtering, end hvad der er nødvendigt for at fastslå varens art, egenskaber og funktion. Dette betyder at du må prøve varen på samme måde som hvis du handlede i en fysisk butik.
Hvis varen er prøvet udover, hvad der er beskrevet ovenfor, betragtes den som brugt og af forringet værdi. Dette betyder, at du ved fortrydelse af købet får en mindre del eller intet af købsbeløbet retur. Det er op til EtOH Spirits at vurdere varens stand.
Reklamationsret
Der gives 2 års reklamationsret på produkter i henhold til den danske købelov. Reklamationsretten gælder for alle fejl i software, materiale og fabrikation.
Reklamation vedr. fejl og mangler skal meddeles til EtOH Spirits i rimelig tid efter varens modtagelse. Her anses max. to måneder som rimelig tid, med mindre andet er aftalt. Vi refunderer rimelige fragtomkostninger.
Reklamationen frafalder ved forkert eller ualmindelig betjening af produktet.
EtOH Spirits dækker returneringsomkostningerne i rimeligt omfang.

En klage over en vare eller tjenesteydelse kan indgives til Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
Du kan klage til Center for Klageløsning via Klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus (Link).
For EU-borgere uden for EU skal klager sendes via EU Kommissionens online klageplatform.

Payment
EtOH Spirits accepts online payments with the following credit cards Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, and Mobilepay Online.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.
When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which is a debit card, the payment will be reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we withdraw or decline the payment.
All prices on the website include VAT.

EtOH Spirits use a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.
EtOH Spirits' own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
If you regret your purchase (Withdrawal)
EtOH Spirits offer a 14 days full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
Any return costs you incur yourself.
The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the delivery, and be with us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.
If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send us an e-mail at tobias@etoh.dk. In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
Condition of the item you have returned
You are responsible for the condition of the product and the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
This means, that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of decreased value. This means, that when the purchase is cancelled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to EtOH Spirits to evaluate the item's condition.
Warranty
There is a 2-year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.
Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to EtOH Spirits within a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider a maximum of months as a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint waives the right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.
EtOH Spirits cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Warranty complaints will not be accepted if they are sent by the cash-on-delivery system.
Customer & Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others. They are only registered in our customer directory. You can delete your information at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with EtOH Spirits, we need the following information:

We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with EtOH Spirits, and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
When collecting personal information via our website, we ensure that it always happens by submitting your explicit consent, so that you are informed exactly what information is being collected and why.
The director and employees for EtOH Spirits have access to the information recorded about you.
The data manager in EtOH Spirits is Tobias Emil Jensen.
We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.
As registered with EtOH Spirits, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and in connection with this, please contact tobias@etoh.dk .

which means, we have a statistics system, that gathers information, that can supply us with a statistical indication of, how many visitors the site has, where they are from, on which landing page they leave the site and more.

A complaint about a product or service can be filed with the Center for Complaints, the House of Commons, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
You can appeal to the Center for Complaints through the Complaints Portal for the House of Commons.
For EU citizens outside the EU, complaints must be sent via the EU Commission's online complaint platform
