Aged Gin

Japanese Style Aged Gin Collab by EtOH Spirits and HAFN Spirits 43%, 0.5L

We’ve finally teamed up with our friends at HAFN Spirits (formerly Plateau Spirits) to craft an exceptional aged gin. For this creation, we blended the bright, approachable flavours of Lemon Zest, Sakura Cress, Yuzu, and Japanese Matcha Tea. Accelerated barrel aging of this gin added the rich mellowness typically found in aged spirits like whisky or rum. The result is a remarkable gin that can be enjoyed neat, revealing its complex layers of flavour.
