Welcome to the world's first Angel's Share Gin!

This spirit is distilled from the captured angel's share, the portion of spirit lost through evaporation during traditional barrel maturation. The name HALO references this light, fleeting, and ethereal quality.

Created in collaboration with the Michelin-starred Restaurant Alouette, HALO captures the fleeting magic of a Northern summer. The flavor profile is light, fresh, and almost berry-like, featuring a strong cloudberry presence supported by the freshness of lemongrass.

Cloudberry, Lemongrass, Mixed forest berries, Blackcurrant wood, Coriander, and Juniper
