EtOH Spirits – Limited Edition 2025 Akvavit 41% 0.7L 

A five-day matured aquavit shaped through our accelerated oak aging process. Crafted in collaboration with Restaurant Puk, this release pays tribute to Danish heritage while showcasing a modern approach to maturation.

This spirit leads with bright orange peel on the nose, supported by gentle layers of cinnamon and a subtle touch of cardamom that brings depth. The maturation in American oak adds a soft, mellow character with hints of vanilla and toasted wood, rounding everything into a smooth, elegant finish.

Aquavit has long been a cornerstone of Scandinavian culture. For us, it’s a chance to reinterpret that tradition by merging classic Nordic botanicals with contemporary craftsmanship. The result is a refined akvavit that feels familiar but offers something new.

Expect a botanical and spice-driven profile, with warm herbal notes and a soft oak background. Enjoy it neat or use it to elevate a cocktail.

NOTES:

Notes of vanilla and lightly toasted wood round out the profile, supporting a warm, herbal core. The finish is elegant and mellow, with lingering spice and a refined oak softness.
