Livet - 12 days old Pure Malt 44% 0.7L

This lightly peated old-fashioned masterpiece was paired with rich malbec flavours from the best oak barrel we could find. It's extra smooth and is the best example of how at EtOH Spirits we can create something special in just a matter of days. 

In the glass, it looks like unfiltered apple juice; deep golden and hazy. The nose has ripe pears and apples, toasted hay, and a beautifully integrated smokiness which does not overshadow the fruitiness. The mouth is a little alcoholic at first but smooth on the finish, with notes of burned wood, vanilla, and warm spices.
